MISSIONS
Our mission is to educate idealist graduates who have core knowledge of geography, know data production about natural and human environment, process, evaluate and manage these data by means of geographic information technologies. In addition, to indroduce the geography science to the students with it’s aims, methods, technologies and equipments, to provide a professional learning environment for the students where they are able to show their making decision, solving problem and multidisciplinary working skills, to set up infrastructure where they are able to associate geographical knowledge and skills with real life and current problems, to show the benefits of approaching the social, cultural, economic and environmental issues with the perspective of geography and to show how geography is an important science in the solutions of the problems in today’s world.
